Industria Notesa is a 100% Mexican owned company with more than 23 years of experience in the manufacture of non-woven fabrics. With two plants –an original one in Mexico City and a new one in Lerma, Estado de Mexico, Notesa is always at the forefront, possessing state-of-the-art ma-chinery and equipment, giving on-going training to its staff and using raw materials of the highest quality.

This is why Notesa has managed to take the lead in the Mexican non-woven fabrics market, and to export to the United States and Canada .

Notesa's production systems rely on sophisticated computer programs to produce unique custom design fabrics in terms both of blends and of density for each of its clients, so as to guarantee, time and again, a consistent supply of material of uniform quality.

The system used in the manufacture of non-woven fabrics and high-loft is a resin-based one, known as Chemical Bonded, with the following options:

• High loft
• Multidirectional non-woven fabric (Air-Laid)
• Directional non-woven fabric

High-Loft:

Available in a very wide range of densities and weights, with varieties such as; siliconized, flame-retardant, hollow-fiber and with bi-component fiber for thermo-bonded products.

Some of the main areas of use are in the furniture and apparel industry, for filters, bedspread manufacturing as well as in the automobile industry.

The product is packed so as to enable the material to be compacted, in order to reduce freight and export delivery cost.
