Located at Parque Industrial Lerma, in Toluca , this yarn mill was build precisely to satisfy the production requirements for the textile machines of the last generation.
The production hall has thermal walls with air condition with air upper injection and extractors.
The waste treatment along the process and the intensive filtration of the air is done with automatic equipment.
Once the bales arrive to the production hall the first sep of the process begins, opening the bales, cleaning and doing an intensive blend of the cotton to put it on the cards.

The next step is the fiber preparation and combed, with an auto regulated system that assures optimum quality values.
The short fibers are eliminated to improve the fiber diagram, all the small impurities that were not detected on the carded process, are eliminated to start with the fiber straight and produce a uniform combed with the length and blend necessary for the next process.

Then we continue with the flyer lead roving frame, to complete the homogenize and straight of the fiber, submitting the fiber to a pulling and the first twist to make the yarn ready for the reel.
The last step after several pulling and twisted, that gives us a strong and uniform yarn, this goes to the reel machines were automatically the cones are made perfect and uniform.
